Refund policy

We don't normally accept returns but exceptions may apply.

Take note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@Folkloress.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for returns shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

🇪🇺 Additional Information for Customers in the European Union

The following provisions apply only to orders delivered to customers located in the European Union (EU) and supplement the general Return & Refund Policy above.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at Info@sarahsmystery.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returned items must be:

unused and unworn;

in their original condition;

with all original tags attached;

in their original packaging;

accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Original standard shipping charges paid at checkout will also be refunded where required under applicable EU consumer protection laws. Any additional shipping costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than our standard shipping option are non-refundable.

Exceptions

The EU right of withdrawal does not apply where exclusions are permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:

gift cards;

personalized or custom-made products;

products that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

These provisions apply only where required under applicable European Union consumer protection legislation and do not affect the return policy applicable in other countries.
